About this property

The house is only 200 m away behind the dike

Our house is suitable for six people, with three bedrooms, living-dining room, with radio and TV, as well as WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The house is equipped with a guest toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
The washing machine is in the bathroom.
The house is equipped with a cot and high chairs.
Behind the house is the garden with a terrace, which can be shaded with an awning. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill invite you to cozy barbecues.
In the basement replacement room there are two bicycles that invite you to wonderful bike tours.
The house is in a quiet location right on the dike and marina. It is about 800 m to the spa house 'Cliner Quelle'. The 'Haus am Deich' is the ideal accommodation for your beach and spa vacation.
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel's leisure activities range from swimming, sailing and rowing to hiking in the extensive mudflats and sunbathing on the beach to horse riding and cycling in the scenic surroundings.

In the season from March 15 to October 31, we only rent the house on a weekly basis. H. from Saturday to Saturday.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis vier Personen gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz im Wohn- und Essbereich, um sich auch bei schlechten Wetter nicht eingeengt zu fühlen. Die Lage ist optimal! Sehr nah zum Strand und ein Restaurant für abends fußläufig erreichbar. Für das Auto direkt ein Carport und ein Stellplatz. Man kommt sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Auto schnell vom Haus in alle Richtungen(Strand und Carolinensiel)..

Gemütlicher Urlaub mit einigen Möglichkeiten

Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet, an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Auf jeden Fall sympathisch und mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Danke dafür! Tipp für Urlaub mit Kleinkind: Besteck und Becher fürs Kind wären sinnvoll mitzunehmen. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, da kann das Kind dann schnell zum Nachbarn oder auf die Straße. Ein Drogeriemarkt ist etwas weiter entfernt, also am besten vorher schon eindecken. Wenn man gerne auf der Couch mit Kuscheldecke sitzt, wäre es auch sinnvoll, eine einzupacken. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel und man kommt mit dem Auto und auch dem Fahrrad an den Strand, nach Carolinensiel und zu anderen Zielen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit wirklich netter Unterkunft.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand und direkt bei einem Restaurant ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Vermietern und Hausverwaltung war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich gebe einen Abzug in der Bewertung, da aus der Anzeige nicht hervorging, dass es sich nicht um ein freistehendes Ferienhaus, sondern eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich es mit zwei kleinen, sehr lauten Kindern nicht gebucht. Auch war für eine Familie der Platz vor allem im Flur sehr beengt, kein Platz für Schuhe oder Taschen, geschweige denn ein Kinderwagen (den wir dann immer im Auto verstaut haben). Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Gebrek aan bergruimte en warmte

Er is GEEN bergruimte beneden om meegenomen spullen en boodschappen op te bergen. Daardoor werd het heel rommelig. De verwarming konden we niet bedienen. Ook niet na 2x contact met de eigenaar. Wordt blijkbaar op afstand begrensd.

Wie erwartet

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und räumlich großzügig. Wir haben es nur mit drei Personen genutzt, aber auch bei einer Belegung zu fünft wird es sicher nicht zu eng. Alle „Hotspots“ von Harlesiel und Caroliensiel sind gut fussläufig erreichbar, die Lage ist also wirklich prima. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist problemlos. Gästekarten wurden uns zeitig vorab zugestellt. Ein Hinweis: Handtüchern/Bettwäsche müssen vorbestellt werden. Wir hatten die Anmerkung unter den 53 „weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen“ überlesen und sind lediglich von den im Haupttext aufgeführten Zusatzkosten für Kaution, Endreinigung und Gästekarten ausgegangen. Da ich Verwandte vorort habe, konnte ich die fehlenden Stücke problemlos organisieren.

Traumurlaub in Harlesiel

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir (3 Erwachsene) einen wunderschönen, erholsamen, dreiwöchigen Urlaub in Harlesiel erleben dürfen. Alles im Haus hat gepasst und die Kommunikation mit Frau Brass und der Hausverwaltung war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Ein auftretender Mangel wurde sofort behoben. Schönes Objekt in guter Lage zum Strand.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Herbst in diesem Haus mit zeitweise 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern und 1 Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und besonders in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei diesem Objekt.

Familienurlaub in Harlesiel

Harlesiel ist ein netter kleiner Ferienort an der Nordsee . Der Sandstrand ist schön und mit Spielplätzen sowie allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß am Strand und auch bei Angeboten der Umgebung (Tretboot). Der Weg vom Ferienhaus bis zum Strand ist von Kleinkindern mit dem Laufrad/ Roller in ca. 20 Minuten zu bewältigen. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen am Ende des Ortes genau neben / gegenüber einem Restaurant. Wie gewünscht haben wir den Verwalter vor und bei Anreise kontaktiert, was aber unnötig war, weil wir bei beiden Telefonaten nur darauf hingewiesen wurden, den Schlüsselkasten zu benutzen. Das Haus war uns mit 3 Kindern (Baby) besonders im Erdgeschoss deutlich zu beengt. Die Flure sind schmal (Kinderwagen) die Küche kleiner als erwartet . Das Haus ist mit schönen Details liebevoll ausgestattet. Rollläden und Fliegengitter sind vorhanden. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen fanden wir das Haus eher nur oberflächlich gut geputzt. Staubige Fußleisten und Gartenmöbel, Wollmäuse unter dem Babybett. Zur Begrüßung hinterlies die Reinigungskraft noch einen ausgespuckten Kaugummi gut sichtbar im Küchenmüll. Offenbar hatten andere Urlauber da mehr Glück .
