This elevated home provides expansive deck space, plus a charming widow’s walk that offers a peek of the bay. A screened porch with a picnic table sits beneath the house—perfect for shaded outdoor dining.
Topaz also includes a private boat dock on the canal, giving you quick access to beautiful Oyster Bay for boating, kayaking, and crabbing.
Inside, the main bedroom features a queen bed, deck access, and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds — and these two bedrooms share the adjoining hall bath.
