## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to its southern exposure.
It comprises :
- a spacious, unoverlooked bedroom with double bed, protected from the street and extremely quiet;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room with WC ;
- and a sitting area with sofa bed for relaxing after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
The following facilities will be at your disposal:
- Wifi, 2 televisions, one of which is large with an HDMI port for connecting a laptop.
- Fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The apartment is ideally located just a few steps from metro lines 2, 12 and 4. It lies at the foot of Sacré-Cœur, in one of the capital's liveliest districts.
You'll have the opportunity to discover a number of nearby sites of interest, including the Saint-Pierre market, now a covered art market. There's also a delightful café and bookshop. Continuing your exploration, you can reach Square Louise Michel, famous for its Montmartre funicular. The funicular provides easy access to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, a must-see site.
You can also climb the 222 steps of rue Foyatier to the Butte Montmartre, offering an exceptional view of Paris.
In the Montmartre district, I highly recommend the restaurant Le Petit Bleu, renowned for offering the best couscous in Paris at an incredibly modest price. Another not-to-be-missed institution is Bouillon Pigalle, offering typically French dishes at unbeatable prices.
If you want to enjoy the nightlife, I'd recommend a visit to Dirty Dick, a famous night bar in Pigalle, where the cocktails are delicious.
And for live music fans, the best concert halls are just a 2-minute walk away: le Trianon , la Cigalle , l'Elysee Montmartre, etc ...
Don't hesitate to ask me for more information, I'll be delighted to get back to you.
## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement lies to the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre districts. Montmartre is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is astonishing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists, including Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore highly contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or vice versa. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, is home to a number of friendly cafés and bars, giving the district a lively, respectable feel.
