A beautiful one-bedroom in the south west waterfront area. Walking distance from the new Wharf by the water, metro stop, Safeway, Station 4 restaurant, dry cleaning and much more.

Amenities: gym, pool on the rooftop and business center.

Great location. Just steps from Waterfront Metro and the Wharf. Nice building. Very clean. No coffee maker, but there is a Starbucks in the Safeway next door.
