This newly updated property offers gorgeous coastal style with relaxing seaside colors throughout mimicking the sea, sky, and sandy beaches of Topsail Island. Modern decor and a beautiful white kitchen with stainless appliances encourages you to create your favorite beach cuisine and the picnic table in the ground level patio invites you to dine al fresco. A comfortable sectional in the living area sets the restful mood and island time vibe as do the three nicely appointed bedrooms perfect for relaxation! Outside, a wrap around deck with furniture, covered areas, and ocean views merely add to the appeal. The beach is only about 300 feet away with a public beach access walkover a few homes homes north and south of this property location!
