In a family and very quiet area, close to shops and 2 km from the beach of Sion sur l'Océan, this house with garden will offer a peaceful and pleasant stay for the whole family or two couples of friends with two bedrooms.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, its garden is not overlooked and will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the Vendée.

The neighbours have all been living in the cul-de-sac for years (some of them knew us when we were little) and respect the calm that reigns there. Enough to enjoy the garden and its equipment, quietly but without being far from everything.

You can park your vehicles inside the yard, in front of the garage, or even in the cul-de-sac.

Perfect getaway and good for the dog!

Our second time here and we had another great stay. The location is perfect with the beach and local shops (and a brilliant Hyper U!) nearby (all walkable!). Our dog was very secure in the garden surrounding the house and the welcome from the housekeeper was as warm and friendly as ever. No complaints again!

The perfect stay

On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the housekeeper who showed us around the property. She obviously does a very good job as it was spotless and we immediately felt at home. She made it clear that she would be on call at anytime should we need anything and gave us the perfect start to our holiday - thank you Marjorie for being so lovely! The property was formerly a family home but is now solely used for rental. It had everything we needed from kitchen facilities to bedding and towels (€25 paid on arrival) and everything was clean and worked perfectly. We literally had no problems at all. The garden wraps around the property and was fully enclosed making it perfect for our dog who loved it too!! With a huge supermarket only 800 metres away (exactly - we checked!!) and all the amenities of the town nearby, the location could not have been better. It was peaceful and away from any major roads meaning we didn’t hear anything other than the birds and the trees.. We have stayed in many rental cottages in France and the UK and this was one of the best. We cannot recommend it highly enough - the pictures used to advertise it do not do it justice. It is much nicer in real life!!

Maison au calme avec beaucoup de commodités (supermarchés, plages, activités diverses etc....) à proximité en voiture ou à vélo. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 2 filles en bas âge et l'accueil de Marjorie super !

Une maison très agréable à vivre, propre et possédant l'essentiel pour passer un délicieux séjour. Environnement très calme, pas de vis à vis et un petit jardin très sympa ! Un peu éloignée de la plage mais avec des vélos ce n'est pas un souci et cela permet d'être au calme et d'être reposant. Nos échanges avec nos hôtes ont étaient très cordiaux et la conciergerie (Marjorie) a été top !!! Nous avons passé de belles vacances et reviendrons sans hésiter !Si nous pouvons faire de petites suggestions : - parasol très usé à changer éventuellement pour une taille légèrement plus grande - quelques dalles à l'extérieur arrière cassées à réparer ou changer - un fil pour étendre le linge à l'extérieur serait un - la porte de la douche à changer pour remplacer le rideau actuel Mais tout cela ne nous a en rien empêché de profiter pleinement de la douceur de vivre de cette jolie maison.

Merci également pour les retours sur les améliorations possibles. D'ailleurs, j'en profite pour vous informer qu'il est effectivement prévu que : 1) nous refassions la douche (sans doute sur un système de douche à l'italienne plutôt que sur une cabine) puisque l'une de nos vacancières nous a malheureusement cassé la porte de la cabine et que, la maison étant louée tout l'été, nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de la réparer entre deux voyageurs. 2) nous remplacions les 2 ou 3 dalles de la terrasse soulevées par les fourmis ;) Nous penserons également au fil pour le linge et au remplacement du parasol. N'hésitez pas à me contacter à nouveau pour votre prochain séjour. Vous êtes les bienvenus quand vous le souhaitez !

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil et une maison agréable à vivre. Idéalement placée pour le calme de son impasse mais aussi pour sa proximité de la forêt de Sion et des plages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
