Majesty Family Villa is a 4 bed/3 ba townhouse close to Disney. Located across the street from the resort clubhouse which has a community pool with a water slide, a free movie theater (shows 3x a day), splash pad, arcade room, sauna, store and tiki restaurant just to name a few perks. Also has a playground, basketball and tennis courts and a nature trail. Publix, Walmart and Target are all nearby. Island H20 water park is super close. Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed at this property.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (master with king bed another bedroom with a queen and another room with two twin beds.
1st floor has one queen bed

This place is very special to us. Believe it or not, we are a family of five with three young kids and wanted a cozy place to call home when away from our full time busy lives in South Florida. We grew up vacationing here in Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Why they chose this property

We looked for months and fell in love with this place because of the amenities and location. The property is close to everything from Disney parks to shopping and restaurants. There is the new Island H20 waterpark 4 miles away. Target, Walmart and Publix are all less than 10 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Stop Looking this is it.!! This property has its own private splash pool which is screened in. The community clubhouse is across the street no need to drive. The clubhouse has a large community pool, splash pad for the little kids, movie theater with showtimes 3x a day, restaurant, arcade room, fitness center, sauna, store in case you forget anything.
