Just 8 minutes from the banks of the Saône, my accommodation is a true haven of peace. A former rustic silk weaver's house, converted into a contemporary duplex, overlooks the rooftops of Old Lyon and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It also features one of the only hanging gardens in this historic district, providing a rare and peaceful retreat.

The 15m² flat is ideal for couples who want to stay close to the city centre while enjoying a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle. You will be nestled in the heart of Old Lyon, a picturesque village-like neighbourhood surrounded by Renaissance mansions, charming cobbled streets, typical cafés and pretty shops to discover.

The living area features a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. On the same floor, the shower room has a shower, a mirror, a sink and a built-in toilet.

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed, carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. A dedicated work area is available to you.

The flat is very quiet and overlooks a garden.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a comfortable and clean environment.

Please remember to air the studio regularly. The building is historic and officially listed, so we are not permitted to install a mechanical ventilation system.

Vieux Lyon sits on the River Saône quayside, overlooked by Renaissance-era mansions with hidden courtyards and terracotta-tiled roofs. The medieval Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste is noted for its ornate astronomical clock. At the same time, the Movies & Miniature Museum showcases scale models by miniaturist Dan Ohlmann. Hilly, medieval streets lead to fine-dining restaurants and stylish bars selling Beaujolais wines.

Most parts of Downtown Lyon are accessed on foot, with the city's taxi and ridesharing services readily available.

- Lyon Saint Paul Station is less than 3 minutes away by foot.
- Vieux Lyon Metro Station is less than 10 minutes away by foot.
- Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 40 hours away by car, depending on traffic conditions, or 1 hour by train and metro.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment, and both inside and outside areas are non-smoking. It is crucial to maintain quietness, as no noise is tolerated in this building. Thank you for your understanding.
