We’re also incredibly fortunate to have an amazing cleaning team who takes great pride in keeping the home exceptionally clean for our guests. We especially appreciated your patience with the unexpected pool issue. In the 16 years we’ve owned our home, this was actually the first time we’ve experienced the community pool having to close due to water clarity, so it was certainly an unusual situation. Guest safety always comes first, and although the community pool is outside of our direct control, we were happy to do what we could to make the inconvenience a little easier for your family.
