Charmante Maison au Cœur de Lavardin

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone's throw from the castle, the Romanesque church of the XIth century and at the start of the Rotte aux biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant!
The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two electric bikes are at your disposal.
The accommodation
The cottage includes a living/dining room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, crockery etc... A shower room adjoining the two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a smaller one with a 140 cm bed. The bedding is new. Two toilets.
There is no television but books and board games are at your disposal. I take care of the cleaning myself, you will not have to pay extra. I just ask you in return to respect the place and return it as it is.
Traveler access
The entire space of the cottage is at your disposal. Access is via two entrances: one from the street and the other from the garden (access via the porch)
Our house is located on the same plot but the entire garden, as well as the former cabinetmaker's workshop transformed into a summer lounge is at your disposal.
A small terrace is specifically dedicated to you for lunch, dinner or a drink.
You can park your vehicle in front of our porch.
Other remarks
A stone's throw from the restaurant Chez Arty and the Flea Market 'Passage secret'. Tourist leaflets are available and do not hesitate to ask me, I will be happy to inform you. We have two very nice cats, Julio and Suzette, whom you will surely meet in the garden. That's why we don't accept other four-legged friends even if we love them.
