Beautifully updated Highlands Condo! Come stay at this impressive 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Highlands residence at Peek'n Peak Resort. Beautifully designed, this home offers spacious living and entertaining areas and a well equipped kitchen. The basement offers a large living room with an additional fireplace, utility room with a brand new washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The main living room has new 75" smart TV, as well as a new 65" smart TV in the basement living room. Every bedroom also has TV's connected to Spectrum cable. Wifi throughout the entire residence. New furniture has been added to the main living room, as well as new outdoor patio furniture on the upper deck. New dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. Other living room and bedroom furniture is being replaced as quickly as the supply chain will allow. This home is close to both ski and golf as well as the 5 restaurants and other activities Peek'n Peak offers. It is our hope to make this residence as beautiful and comfortable for you to enjoy every time you have an event at the Peek.

** Peek'n Peak pool passes must be purchased at the main lodge upon your arrival.**

This property exceeded our expiations. It was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and there was plenty of room for all of our family and friends. The house and the host were great! We rent condos at Peek'n Peak almost every year and our family thought this was one was exceptional. There were welcome baskets with candy, wine, cereal, chips and s'mores supplies. We also loved that we were able to bring our small dog. We'll be back, I'm sure!
