Ready to make delightful ocean memories at this cozy, newly upgraded, Corolla get-away? Experience relaxing ocean views from the top deck and amazing sunset views from the screened in porch. Enjoy down time with the family playing ping-pong (outdoors) or relaxing in the hot tub. Just 150 yds. to the front is the glorious Atlantic Ocean and 150 yds to the back is a lake with fishing, turtles and a mile walking path surrounding it. Bed and bath linens provided. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is perfect for your family and friends.

Travel 1 mile to shopping, restaurants, and go carts in Timbuck II Shopping Center and approx. 10 miles to the 4x4 beach where wild horses roam! If golf is your game, we are minutes to the Currituck Golf Club! Rather play tennis or pickle ball -- tennis courts are available right next door in section O. This location has a little something for everyone!

The House:

The driveway is spacious with room for 4 cars. If you are not enjoying the beach, the underside of the house is a perfect place to just relax and socialize with your family and friends. Enjoy a game of ping pong with the outdoor ping pong table! Relax in the large hot tub. There is a shower for you to rinse off when coming back from the beach or to take an enjoyable outdoor shower!

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 4. Kitchen table with seating for 8. Big screen TV so you can be entertained while cooking or just hanging out!

View beautiful sunsets over the Sound from the back screened in porch or back deck. You can enjoy your favorite meal on the screened in porch which includes a picnic table.

** Ocean Sands is a wonderful family friendly community. ABSOLUTELY NO non-family groups (high school or college beach week groups). Minimum rental age is 25 and the renter must reside at the house the entire stay.

Nice Place

Good location and a short walk to the beach. There is a lake close by as well that is good for walking around. The turtles at the lake were a nice surprise for the kids. The home was nice size with 3 levels. I wish linens and towels had been provided as with every other house I have ever rented at this price point. Some kitchen seasonings (no salt, pepper and a few essentials...)and a working gas grill would also have been nice. Owner, Susan was very communicative as the washer broke down before we arrived and we allowed the replacement during our stay. We were not able to wash clothes. People like to use the property's gate to access the beach trail so be aware of people randomly invading your privacy for their convenience.
