The Village Studios are perfect for the budget traveler. With features such as high ceilings with rafters and natural light that gives this studio a spacious feel, you will find everything you need to enjoy your Hilton Head Island stay. The Village Studio features a fully-equipped kitchen and a private patio overlooking the woodland gardens and the scenic Palmetto Dunes inland waterway. Sleep peacefully in the lovely queen bedded sleeping area, which is partitioned from the living area which has a comfortable pull-out sofa, cable TV with a small nook area to eat. Studio floorplans vary.

The Village at Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful setting just a quick walk to a wide sand beach and the Dunes House Beach Club by a footpath along the waterway. The Village features a heated pool, hot tub, playground, and waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. Enjoy an easy walk to golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, biking and more. Guests of this beautiful Hilton Head rental enjoy the free shuttle (from April through September) around Palmetto Dunes and to the shops and restaurants of the Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina as well as Shelter Cove Town Center.

- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the Village on site check-in office. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

A nice place to stay. Close to the beach and very close to Shelter Cove. Recommend for 1 or 2 people. A little small for 2 people as the bathroom is small and tight.

Grandparent Baby Moon vacation

We had a great stay at the Village. The office staff (Josh) and maintenance (Antonio) were great!!! Very personable on the couple of occasions that we had contact, i.e. Check- in, and walking the property. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and perfect for the 2 of us. The weather could not have been better for the entire week. We will definitely be back!!!

Felt the stay was good. Easy walk to beach. Pool was clean, but should not allow drinking in pool - pool deck OK just not in the pool. Area had plenty of grills but only one side of grill worked, at least by playground. Added plus because location was close to two restaurants and a country store. As for room, it was OK. Nothing like the photo. It's showing it's age especially the rug.

Everything was simply wonderful!

We absolutely loved it here for many reasons! The communication was prompt and clear, the space was perfect size for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and a great location, just a short walk/bike ride to the beach! We will definitely be back here again :)
