Hi and happy to have you visit! I'm a single mom and business owner who loves Point Pleasant Beach. My family spent summers there and I was lucky enough to purchase this home. I hope to live there permanently someday. In the meantime, I host this rental property so you can enjoy the town as much as I do. The town is accessible, approachable and fun. There are fun things to see and do and great food to enjoy year-round. The beach is super close and the residents (mostly families) who visit and live there are welcoming and friendly.
Why they chose this property
Super close to the Boardwalk and Beach, quiet, friendly street, big back yard and plenty of room for guests. I love the open great room so people can be together too.. Lots of parking too. Finally, it's just a little over a block to the beach (4 min walk) and only about 1/2 a mile to downtown (15 min walk at leisurely pace).
