Tastefully decorated, this lovely 47m² apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by an elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV (Canal +, Netflix and Amazon Prime available ) and a dining space for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Montrouge is a charming commune in the southern suburbs of Paris. It has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Tree-lined streets, picturesque squares and small cafés create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It offers a harmonious blend of residential neighbourhoods and green spaces, such as the Parc de la Maison Blanche. Montrouge boasts a rich historical heritage, with remarkable buildings and monuments like the Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur church and the Tour de l'Hôtel de Ville.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge, is just a 10-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is about a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
