I am delighted to welcome you in my apartment of 30 m².
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, and only 200 m from the center of Chamonix, you can only love the proximity of housing with the various sites of interest of Chamonix!
Perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family, my apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation comprises :
- a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed (high up);
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.


One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its location. Although it's quiet, it's just a 2-minute walk from the center of town, close to bars, restaurants, stores, ski resorts and ski lifts.
For everyday shopping, there's a Super U and Drive supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.


During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Filter coffee machine, Ski room, Raclette machine, Croque-Monsieur machine, Electric mixer, Balcony, Hair dryer, Parking-garage, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

Places of interest close to the accommodation :
- Ski school at the foot of the building;
- Tourist Office 5 minutes walk away;
- QC Terme, 5-10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy outdoor hot tubs with views of Mont Blanc, sauna, hammam and shower.
- the Aiguille du Midi cable car, a 10-15 minute walk away
- the Mer de glace (Sea of Ice), where you can experience global warming on the Montenvers train, which departs from the station 10-15 minutes away on foot; and much more...

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The mountaineering capital, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, beautiful spa-facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a glacier valley 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
