"Ocean Sunset Villa Curaçao" your exclusive luxury residence for 14 people on Curacao is a beautiful villa recently built in 2021 and located on the well-secured Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. The beach of Blue Bay is located at a very short distance of approximately 50 meters, where there are various facilities such as the restaurant, the beach bar and the diving school.



As the name of the villa suggests, the Ocean and Sunset are inextricably linked to your stay in this villa.



The villa has 6 luxurious bedrooms, a children's room and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own identity, but are all equipped with very comfortable box-spring beds and air conditioning. From the spacious living room / kitchen you have a full sea view and you are connected to the covered porch and the beautiful mosaic swimming pool (20 m2). On the porch is the dining table 330x100, after dinner lounge area and 4 sunbeds. The 65-inch smart TV and Bluetooth sound system complete the atmosphere, even though the view to the sea is more impressive. In the backyard you can relax on the lounge sofa here is the necessary shade in the afternoon. The rain shower outdoor shower has hot and cold water. In short, this villa is equipped with optimal comfort to enjoy a carefree luxury stay on Dushi Curaçao.



Our host will be available 24/7 during your stay for any questions and service.



- The consumption of electricity and water is charged according to actual consumption.



- Electricity is charged at $ 0.55 per Kwh and water at $ 10.00 per m3. Average consumption is approximately $ 40 per night.



- For stays longer than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning of $ 200 will be charged.



- For the stay, 7% tourist tax will be charged on the total price of the nights.



- In the holiday period December 20 to January 5, it is only possible to book the entire villa and a stay of 10 nights.



- The stated nightly price is based on the use of 4 of the 7 bedrooms. The use of 2 extra bedrooms and/or the children's room incurs additional costs of $ 50 per room per night.

Best Part of Paradise

The property was all that it promised and more. Super beautiful and had all the conveniences you could have imagined, with upscale appliances, access to a private beach and all the amenities of a resort. I will definitely choose this location again and again.

Beautiful home! Everything was better then expected. We can’t wait to return.

We celebrated my birthday in Curacao and this home was the perfect oasis to accommodate my family. All of the recommendations given by Josh and Niels were top notch. Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! We had 7 adults and 3 children 3, 6 & 7 years old. We used 5 bedrooms. The house is beautiful with a great layout for families. A short walk to the beach. The pool was a hit. The kitchen was perfect for family meals. The kids said it was the best house they've ever seen! Josh & Niels were great. Thanks for everything.

Summer vacation

I stayed at the Ocean Sunset Villa in Curaçao with a group of friends to celebrate my upcoming 40th birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere.The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, which was ideal for our group. We loved gathering in the open living area and cooking meals together in the well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor terrace quickly became our favorite spot to watch the most incredible sunsets every evening.The private pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing with a drink and soaking up the Curaçao sunshine. We also loved how close the villa was to the beach and local attractions. Whether we were snorkeling, exploring town, or just lounging by the water, everything was so convenient.Josh and Niels went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable stay, even surprising us with a little birthday treat to help kick off the celebration.This trip was everything I envisioned for a milestone birthday—fun, relaxing, and full of beautiful memories with my closest friends. I can’t recommend this villa enough and hope to come back someday soon!

The PERFECT place to stay

Our group of 14, ranged in ages from 5-69. The house accommodated us perfectly! You cannot find a better location, especially for a big group. The house is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Blue Bay. The views are incredible. Josh was so helpful during the booking process and when preparing for our trip. Coming home each day and cooling off in the pool was just what we needed. We also loved nighttime movies outside while some swam and others gathered around the huge outdoor dining table. The outdoor shower was great for washing off sand from the day, too! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice and cold. The only space that we found to stay warm was the living and kitchen area due to the large space, high ceilings, and full wall of windows. It really wasn’t a problem though because with the incredible outdoor area, we rarely gathered indoors anyway! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our 5th Wedding anniversary with our whole family!!

In 2020 zijn we gestart met de bouw van ons droomhuis op Bluebay Curacao. Het huis overtreft onze verwachtingen en is zeer fijn in het gebruik bij zowel kleinere als grote gezelschappen. De slaapkamers hebben veel privacy van elkaar.
