What an amazing location! Just steps away from the ocean, 2 amazing restaurants, park with playground, putt putt and skate park. Fort Clinch park is also within walking distance and downtown is a short two mile walk. Downtown has some great shops, marina and very good restaurants!
After a busy day of the beach or exploring the area relax in your spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in shower. Large master suite including King bed, double sinks and soaking tub! Huge kitchen with all the amenities.

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to all the beaches and Fort Clinch was great since we like to shark tooth hunt. Also the pool was literally outside the backdoor. Great place to stay.

Great place, plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to visit in the future! Location is great! Beach is within walking distance, easy drive to Fort Clinch and wonderful quaint downtown, and two great restaurants to walk to. Great space for families, with plenty of room!

We enjoyed our stay here from July 5-July 12. There were 7 of us and two puppies. The location was fantastic with a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach was never very crowded and it was always easy to find a spot to set up. We enjoyed finding seashells, hunting shark teeth and relaxing. We ate twice at the Salt Life Shack next door and the food and service were both great. I can’t recommend the Sandbar restaurant. We ate there once and it was not a good experience. Overall a great vacation!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with family. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and a short drive to town. The furniture and bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, the place was comfortable and we all had a great time.

Perfect for race weekend/girls trip

We stayed during the running race weekend and it was the ideal spot. We were close to all race events and the beach. The unit for everyone perfectly and provided all that we needed. I would stay here again

Perfect vacation condo

Fantastic Location & Accomadations!!

What a fantastic and relaxing stay we had in this waterview 3 bedroom condo with large kitchen, living, and dining areas- but the outdoor patio with the afternoon breezes made it the best!! Quick walk to beach or park or neighborhoods and short drive to wonderful and quaint downtown Fernandina Beach for shopping and dining!! Excellent communication with owner throughout and it made for a wonderful time away from home- highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing!

The condo is GORGEOUS and very spacious!! The location is absolutely perfect too. There were a lot of items to direct us to places if we needed it, and recommendations were abundant. 10/10 would use this condo again!! Mrs. Barbara was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and very accommodating for our group. A wonderful experience for SURE!

What a wonderful place!

We had a great time on our visit. This condo is in a fabulous spot--close to the beach, restaurants nearby--it was perfect for us. I worked a couple of days while there and had no wifi problems. My family was so happy with the beach being nearby. It's such a roomy condo--plenty of space for me, my husband, two adult sons and two dogs. And everything we need was right there! We will definitely consider coming back again!

Thanksgiving at the beach

We enjoyed staying at the condo! It was such a lovely place. Lots of room for everyone and it has great views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom! The elevator goes straight into the condo which is very easy to use. The walk to the beach is super easy and right across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing and at the restaurant next door they had music that you could hear. Very relaxing! The host Mrs. Barbara was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend! 💞 ❤️💛💞

Great visit, despite the weather!

The property is in a great location!! Close to the fort, walking distance to restaurants, the skate park, and the beach. I found tons of shark teeth on main beach. The condo is large and spread out which was nice. Love that it is dog friendly and there is a big park and field across the street to walk the dogs. It was nice having a convenience store right behind us for snacks, drinks, and beer. We had more than 1 car, and we had no problem getting a parking spot right out front of the condo. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location for a Perfect Vacation

The condo is beautiful and even better than we were expecting! The owners were wonderful and so welcoming. It’s in the perfect location across from the beach with great restaurants (don’t miss the Sandbar!), miniature golf, a surf shop, and Fort Clinch State Park within walking distance. Lots of other fun things to see, eat, and do within a super short driving distance also. We were able to bring our pup which was a bonus, and there was plenty of grass for her to use/play in. It was also nice to have a private garage to park in and a private elevator entrance to the condo. And even though there’s other parking and a road on one side, we couldn’t hear any street noise. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and plan to stay here again with our family!

Excellent property, location perfect, beautiful view. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and convenience store. Gated garage and private elevator and foyer make ease of storing beach toys, surfboards, chairs, etc., very convenient and secure. Property exactly as listed.
