Come and enjoy this 30 m² studio apartment, which can accommodate 2 people (and a baby), ideally located in the historic heart of the city, just a hundred meters from Strasbourg Cathedral and close to the carré d'Or. Numerous shops and restaurants in the vicinity, close to the tramway. The studio is located in a quiet rear courtyard, on the 1st floor of a small condominium without elevator, and is organized over two floors (kitchen and living room upstairs, bedroom and bathroom downstairs at the entrance to the apartment).

ATTENTION: The apartment is not necessarily suitable for tall people. The ceiling is quite low in the upper part of the apartment (1m83).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A cosy living room with sofa, coffee table and TV
- A modern kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils
- A cosy, insulated bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and two bedside tables
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and toilet

Transport :
- The "Gallia" streetcar stop (lines C, E & F) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- The main railway station is a 20-minute walk or 13 minutes by public transport.
- The Bateliers parking lot is a 6-minute walk from the apartment. The cost is 20e/24h
- Strasbourg International Airport, 20 min by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- ATTENTION: The apartment may not be suitable for tall people. The ceiling is quite low in the upper part of the apartment (1m83).
- Baby cot with mattress provided (- 3 years)
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

You will have a set of keys at your disposal. The keys are to be collected from a key dispenser located in a launderette about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm.
