We finished a complete gut remodel of this duplex in May 2021 and it was again given a refresh in December 2023. Everything is new. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have walk in closets.

There is a privacy fenced backyard and a grill outside as well as patio furniture to relax on.

Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of South Tulsa.

We are just a few minutes from Saint Francis, La Fortuna Park, and a lot of restaurants and shopping! There is a Starbucks just a few minutes away as well as KingsPointe Village which has many other eating options.

We are also around 5 minutes from Woodland Hills Mall/15 minutes to the Expo Center, TU, Cherry Street, and Broken Arrow/17 minutes to the Gathering Place and DT.

We stayed here for WPF Peak 2021! The center was less then 10 minutes from the house! Beautifully manicured yard! I loved/ needed all the beds! Very spacious! Both bathrooms were a blessing!

Amazing Space

My family of four plus my father and two small dogs stayed here while visiting family. The spacious living area with giant tv was perfect for bowl game watching. The fenced in back yard gave me peace of mind when letting the dogs out. The nieghborhood is quiet and safe, walking the dogs there was enjoyable. Very clean, and the kitchen had all we needed. The owners were easy to reach and took care of our needs quickly (within 10 minutes!) We will definitely stay here again!
