We had a wonderful summer stay at Locust lake! The location was perfect- not too far from places we wanted to visit, but also quiet and peaceful as we hoped. Walking distance from the lake with a beach. The home is adorable - perfect cabin feels with everything we needed. Michael and Sarah checked in on us regularly and answered any questions we had right away. The house is actually bigger than we anticipated! The downstairs space was perfect with a bedroom for us and separate space for our pup. Highly recommend and definitely plan to come back on our next visit!

Loved this home it was clean, nice, and spacious. The scenery, the hot tub were my favorite part.Traveled with my husband and our three children and we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the lake/beach amenities.Thank you Michael and Sarah for all the help, I will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Poconos chalet! The home is beautifully decorated with a cozy cabin-meets-treehouse vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus.One of our favorite features was the stone path that led to a peaceful outdoor fireplace and a hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars and soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. The thoughtful little touches throughout the home, like the cute knick-knacks and cozy décor, really gave it a homey, vacation feel.This place is a perfect mountain getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing time!!!

Michael and Sarah were the best hosts. The house clean and cabin chic! Great beds. Everything was provided for you! Locust Lake was a great community, safe and lots of fun things to do. Only thing was the stairs were very steep! Overall had a great time with my girlfriends. 10/10 would recommend again!

Very cool house. Light-filled main space, terrific deck, and an unbelievably comfortable bed. We're not 'sporty' people, it was perfect for the two of us and our dog to have an impromptu quiet detox from crazy work schedules. If you hike/bike/boat/fish/etc. you'll enjoy it even more. Very appreciative of the excellent quality and quantity of host communications.

Great Cabin, Especially for a Group!

The house is exactly as depicted in the photos. This cabin is intimate, yet still provides plenty of space for larger groups to stay. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating which made the stay all the better. As a side note to those thinking of staying and cooking while there, some of the pots and pans have some age, so think about bringing your own. We managed to have enough glassware for a party of ten, so there is a good quantity of everything you’ll need. This was the only con (and an extremely small one) that we could think of. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Poconos!

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, spotless, and even better than the pictures.The hot tub was one of our favorite parts of the trip, and we loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to cook, making family meals so easy.One of our favorite surprises was the second-floor bedroom—it had the most comfortable huge bean bags they were a hit with both the kids and the adults! They were perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. The third-floor beds were also incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept great.We also really appreciated the privacy of the first-floor Amazon room, which has its own living room and restroom. It was a perfect private space to unwind.There were plenty of games for the whole family, and the community amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.Most importantly, Michael and Sarah were exceptional hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from beginning to end.This truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

We enjoy going to the Poconos, the kids love horseback riding., the lake, hiking.

The house was had plenty of bed, they were very comfy. Plenty of room. The hot tub was lovely. We all enjoyed it. The owner was very accommodating. If there was a question he responded quickly. We all had a wonderful time.

This house is amazing - my family and I had the best time. The layout is unmatched. We were celebrating my Dad's 60th and next time we will stay longer! We plan to be back!

Incredible place!

Such a gorgeous property! We filmed a short student film here and it was absolutely perfect for it. The place was extremely clean and cozy and was well stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub was a great bonus too!!! Definitely going to book again if I get the chance.

We enjoyed our stay — it was very comfortable. While the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the amenities nearby, it’s in a great location within a short walk to the lake. Michael was a gracious host — very accommodating and responsive.

Cozy Chalet for great memories

We had a great time at this Chalet. It accommodated our big group. The bedrooms were just the right size . Its a very cozy place . I like the layout that you can still be part of the happenings even you are cooking in the kitchen. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with what we need. There were also a hot tub and firepit outside but we were not able to use it because of the weather . Michael and Sarah were prompt with communication all throughout our reservation and even our stay. Their attentiveness to our needs were reassuring. So many memories were made so we are definitely going back again in the future. Thank you Michael and Sarah.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time. Michael and Sarah were great hosts. Well equipped, lots of space, and clean. We were able to use the inflatable kayak and enjoy the near-by community beaches. Nice fire pit in back. Great space for a large family get-away.

Perfect for a quick get away

We had a really nice time at this property. There were various activities to do in the community. We wish we would have brought some inflatable tubes to lounge in the east Lake, and our tennis racquets. The host was very kind and checked in on our stay to make sure we were happy. The rooms were comfortable and the kids loved the loft. We would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!
