This charming property, named "Villa Julin", was featured on a reality TV show in Norway.

It has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) plus 2 extra beds in the lower living room and 2 cots.
The impressive 280-square-meter villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area.
Perched on a ridge, it enjoys unobstructed views of the Esterel, Mougins, Mandelieu and Cannes.

The house
The automatic gate opens onto a large, majestic driveway, giving access to the property's 2,400 m2 and 4 covered parking spaces.

The house comprises a bright entrance hall, a large living room with corner sofa and a separate sitting area facing the fireplace.
The TV is connected by satellite to English and Scandinavian channels and comes with a DVD + stereo system and Apple TV. Direct access to the terrace from the living room.

Main floor: Large dining room with table for 12 and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is equipped with an American fridge with ice maker and sparkling water, two coffee machines (Nespresso and grain mill), induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender.

1st floor: Large master bedroom with veranda and large bathroom with whirlpool bath, double washbasin and WC. Two further en suite bedrooms with veranda, separate shower room and WC. Safety deposit box.

Garden level: Two bedrooms with twin beds in each and a large shared bathroom with bath and WC. Large living room with study area, TV, sofa and dining table for 6 people. Direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.

Outdoor area: south-west-facing terrace with table for 12. Barbecue. Beautiful landscaped garden with palm trees and fruit trees.
Swimming pool 12.5m x 6.5m with 2.4m maximum depth. Separate children's pool with central island.
Pool house with shower, WC and Bose sound system.

Villa Julin - A perfect setting for a family gathering

We loved everything about the villa and it’s location. Close to Cannes and Nice but also well positioned to visit the interesting smaller villages and towns. Our daily walk to the lovely boulangerie was a treat. Mougins is delightful, full of sculptures and pretty shuttered houses. Picasso’s home for his last 12 years. The swimming pool area was so well equipped with top of the range loungers and maintained twice a week. The views towards Cannes at night were spectacular. A nightly ritual viewing it from the balcony was a special moment. An added bonus was the tennis club 5 minutes walk from the villa which my family used most days. Derrick, our house manager was charming and dealt with any queries or problems. A car is essential to get around. Definitely be returning as soon as possible. 😊

Une villa fabuleuse !

Après avoir regroupé les impressions de notre groupe composé d’un enfant, de 3 ados, 5 adultes, 2 seniors et 2 chiens ☺️ nous sommes unanimes, cette villa avec son entrée de star show à l’américaine est incroyable et fabuleuse ! Les 12 transats hauts de gamme (pas ceux en photos dans l’annonce) et les serviettes de piscine moelleuse ont marqué les esprits. Le grand frigo américain, la clim qui fonctionne très bien dans chaque pièce, la piscine, le magnifique jardin, le grand barbecue weber au gaz ont été très appréciés également. La localisation est top , le vieux Mougins est à voir, elle est proche de Cannes, Gourdon, saint Paul De Vence, Grasse…

Belle vue sur l'Estérel

La maison correspondait bien à notre attente : de quoi bien recevoir des amis et de la famille avec 3 suites parentales disposant d'une belle vue sur l'Estérel. Seule bémol : faites attention aux escaliers. Le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine. On voit qu'il est entretenu par un amoureux des plantes.

Fantastisk villa - perfekt for familier

Vi feiret sølvbryllup i Villa Julin med barn, barnebarn og svigerbarn - til sammen 11 personer. Huset var helt perfekt for oss, både mht antall soverom og beliggenhet. Huset er velutstyrt og vi hadde flotte måltider både inne og ute. Svømmebassenget og hagen er utrolig flott og utsikten er praktfull. Villa Julin passer perfekt som feriebolig for 10-12 personer.

Fantastisk villa

Beskrivelsen av villaen i annonsen var helt reell, den var like flott i virkeligheten. Det var rent og ryddig da vi ankom og boligen fremstår som meget velholdt og godt utstyrt. Kontaktpersonen for boligen var hyggelig, hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Boligen ligger flott plassert med kort avstand til butikker og restauranter (gåavstand til bakeri hvor vi kjøpte ferskt bakverk hver morgen) og bare 10 min. med bil til Cannes. Små, idylliske badestrender 15-20 min unna. Dette er en villa hvor vi håper å komme tilbake og anbefaler den gjerne. Vi var en familie med 8 voksne og 2 barn.

Et feriehus som har "alt"

Vi tilbrakte en fantastisk uke sammen med venner på forsommeren 2014. Huset er meget velutstyrt og vi hadde derfor flere rolige dager med matlaging og vin på terassen. Soverom med gode madrasser og egne bad, et nydelig svømmebasseng og en flott hage gav oss en virkelig opplevevelse av luksus. Kort avstand til Cannes er et stort pluss!

Et rom med utsikt

Kun ti minutter fra flyplassen ligger fantastiske Villa Julin (neida, ikke flystøy), et romslig, spennende, velholdt og velutstyrt hus med ypperlig beliggenhet. Huset er et fantastisk utgangspunkt for å oppleve alt omgivelsene har å by på av severdigheter og rekreasjonsmuligheter, for så å være like fantastisk å komme tilbake til og nyte fred, ro, lek og morro eller hva man måtte ønske:)

Herrskapelig

Villa Julinn ligger usjenert til rett utenfor sentrum av Cannes. Luksuriøs villa med egen avlåst oppkjørsel og en haug soverrom med tilhørende bad. Selv i oktober gikk det fint an å bade i det store nedenforliggende bassenget. Rent og ryddig overalt. Litt kronglete å finne veien hvis man ikke har helt nøyaktig veibeskrivelse, med takket være oppsatte retningskilt, fant vi fint frem til villaen. Bør ha leiebil. Vi storkoste oss i 4 dager. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Flott feriebolig med et godt utstyrt kjøkken

Vi hadde en fantastisk ferie i Villa Julie. Tre familier hadde god plass i huset. Tenåringene fikk hele underetasjen for seg selv. Tenåringene satte også stor pris på Tennisklubben nedenfor huset. De tre familiene er over gjennomsnittet glad i og interessert i god mat. Vi var derfor positivt overrasket over det velutstyrte kjøkkenet. Gitaren i huset ble også brukt på kveldene. Vi var litt uheldig med dårlig kvalitet på vannet i svømmebassenget flere dager. De klarte ikke å fikse det mens vi var der. Utleier var lett å komme i kontakt med og prøvde å ordne opp. Man er avhengig av bil hvis man skal på butikker, restaurant og aktiviteter utenom tennis. Gamlebyen Mougins (er avhengig av transport), er sjarmerende og har kjempegode restauranter. Huset fungerer godt som en base for mange flotte dagsutflukter.

Fantastisk påskeferie i herlige Villa Julin

Tilbragte årets påskeferie i dette fantastiske huset. Masse hjemmelaget mat og alt som hører til. Huset er velholdt, rent og har alt av utsyr og luksus du kan tenke deg. Nydelige omgivelser for å gå turer og jogge. Anbefaler alle å ta et opphold her. Jeg skal i hvert fall tilbake hit! :)
