The condo complex "Us Strandhus' was built in the style of resort architecture in 2007.
The apartment 'Villa Felice' features a terrace and a parking space in a spacious garage (albeit with narrow entrance).

You can relax in a beautifully decorated 2-room apartment of 50 sqm size, which is on the ground floor. The living room leads out onto the terrace to the west and enjoy the sun in a beach chair from late morning until the evening hours.
Localization: The property is located in the district cooling Born-West near the station of historical baths Molli. There are dining and shopping in the immediate vicinity.

The stunning sandy beach is about 500 m.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Im Westteil von Kühlungsborn hatten wir diese Ferienwohnung gebucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Strandpromenade, der Bahnhof und Geschäfte.Es passte alles - Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Unser Aufenthalt betrug 13 Nächte. Wir haben diese Wohnung auch mit kleinen Macken genossen. Unsere Vermieter waren immer als gute Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen, da die Lage sehr ruhig ist und man in wenigen Minuten an der schönen Strandpromenade ist. Gerne wieder und nochmals Danke an unseren Vermieter.

Kurzurlaub in Kühlungsborn

Wir waren zu 2. mit Hund dort, die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Weg zum Strand und dem nächsten Supermarkt ist recht kurz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und dem örtlichen Service sehr freundlich und prompt. Gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Kurztrip

Die Wohnung liegt strandnah und bietet nach langen Strandspaziergängen, Ausflügen und Meerluft-Schnuppern eine tolle Möglichkeit zur Erholung. Sie ist mit allen benötigten Dingen ausgestattet, die wir als Familie benötigten. Der Check-In war schon am Morgen möglich, sodass wir gleich in den Urlaub starten konnten. Leider hatten wir keinen Internetzugang (Kontakt nicht möglich).

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Zu viert auch noch ausreichend, v.a. mit der Terrasse. Kleiner Spaziergang und schon ist man am Meer, Restaurants und Bäcker ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines Highlight: vom Schlafzimmer aus, hat man manchmal das Meeresrauschen hören können.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hund :)

Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund gereist. Waren mit der Lage super zufrieden, alles innerhalb 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und durften sogar eher rein. Das Objekt war größer als erwartet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Würden es auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen:)

Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist wohnlich eingerichtet und relativ geräumig. Es gab keine Mängel und sämtliche Geräte und Maschinen haben gut funktioniert. Sauber war die Wohnung ebenfalls. Zwar befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe kein Bäcker, aber man kann sich ja einfach Brötchen selbst aufbacken. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig in wenigen Hundert Metern zu erreichen, ebenso der Strand. Zudem liegt das Haus an einer kaum befahrenen Straße, weshalb es dementsprechend ruhig ist. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, die Lage ist perfekt für Familien und auch der Hund war kein Problem. Perfekt ist die Wohnung mit einem Kind jetzt mit 2 war es doch etwas eng, aber es war völlig in Ordnung. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Kleine Wohnung in einem modernen, aber schln gestalteten Apartmenthaus. Tolle Einrichtung, tolles Bad, Terrasse zwar ohne schönen Blick, aber es war so kühl, dass wir sie gar nicht benutzt haben. Wer die zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrräder nutzen möchte, sollte ein paar Tage vorher Bescheid geben. Empfehlung!

Super angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber als auch mit der Agentur! Sehr netter Empfang durch die Agentur. Unterkunft prima, Sauberkeit klitzekleines Minus, wenn einem die Socken vom Vorgast aus dem Schrank in die Hände fallen. Achtung :Der Hinweis mit der Garageneinfahrt ist ernst gemeint, rein kommt man, beim Rausfahren muss mit einem etwas größeren Auto stark rangiert werden. Aber ansonsten wirklich top Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung an sich ist prima. Schnitt, Ausstattung, Lage: alles gut. Der Teufel steckt im Detail. Schimmel in der Duschkabine, ungereinigte Möbelflächen , die Klobürste hat schon vor dem Dreck anderer kapituliert. Dafür waren noch deren Socken im Kleiderschrank, ... Am ärgerlichsten war aber, dass zwei telefonische Beschwerden keinerlei Reaktionen gezeitigt haben. Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hübsche ruhige Wohnung, tolle Lage und super Service

Das erste Mal, dass wir so eine tolle Wohnung hatten, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Sie ist mit viel Liebe im Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Da wir des Öfteren in Kühlungsborn sind, kommen wir garantiert wieder!

Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Ich finde aber für 4 Personen ist sie zu klein. Die Schlafcouch ist die volle Zumutung. Auch wenn Kinder darauf schlafen sollten. Einfach nur zweckmäßig. Null Komfort.
