Merci Adélaïde ! Notre Vue sur le Gouët est effectivement idéalement située à mi-vallée entre le centre-ville de Saint-Brieuc et le port du Légué (à 800 mètres), où on trouve les commerces et restaurants et où il fait bon se promener. Nous avons équipé notre T2 d'un lit queen-size (160x200cm) dans la chambre, avec un matelas haut de gamme et d'un clic-clac dans le séjour pour servir d'appoint. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau pour un prochain séjour.

Logement agréable et fonctionnel
Logement récent bien situé par rapport au centre de Saint-Brieuc avec tout le confort. Il tranche avec l'état de l'immeuble.
Idéal pour 2 personnes.
Par contre, certaines nuits, les véhicules allant au port du Légué sont très bruyantes (musique à fond à 3h et vitesses excessives)

Merci Jacqueline ! Nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances dans notre Vue sur le Gouët. Nous avons effectivement effectué d'importants travaux pour rendre cet appartement confortable et y apporter une belle décoration. Sa situation est effectivement idéale entre le centre-ville de Saint-Brieuc et le port du Légué qui concentre la vie briochine. En général, les voyageurs en apprécient également le calme, mais peut-être n'avez-vous pas eu de chance avec la circulation si vous aviez les fenêtres ouvertes. Fermées, le bruit de la rue est quasiment inexistant. Concernant les communs, le rez-de-chaussée a été rénové, en particulier en posant une porte d'entrée avec digicode, mais il reste effectivement la cage d'escalier a enduire et repeindre.
