Petite maison neuve pour 4 personnes sur l'île de Noirmoutier à l'Epine. Elle est située à 100 M de la plage familiale de la Martinière sur un terrain clos et arboré. Le centre du village est à 300m. Tous les déplacements peuvent se faire en vélos à travers les marais sur pistes cyclables aménagées. Nombreuses activités comme la pêche aux coquillages, ballades sur la côte restée authentique. La ville de Noirmoutier présente de nombreux avantages avec son marché, ses boutiques dans la rue Principale, le bois de la chaize et ses petites cabanes de plage traditionnelles. Votre hébergement est située dans une impasse calme, vous aurez une terrasse sans vis à vis pour vous relaxer.
Sur le même terrain mais séparé par une barrière amovible nous louons aussi notre maison familiales (voir annonce sur la plate forme) qui peut vous permettre de vous réunir avec des amis ou de la famille.
