*****We want to share that Summerhouse is undergoing a major 24 million dollar renovation to enhance your experience at our property. This renovation aims to restore and improve the complex for you and your family to enjoy for years to come. However, we want to inform you that your stay may be impacted by construction-related factors.


Here are key points to consider:

Construction Impact: Your stay may experience construction noise, the presence of workers, airborne dust or materials, and other typical hazards associated with construction projects. The construction is ongoing from 7 am to 5pm.

Rental at Own Risk: Choosing to rent during this construction period is done at your own risk, considering the potential disruptions mentioned above.

Refurbishments to Building B will be completed by June 1, 2024. Please note that construction for both buildings will be on pause for the Summer from June 1st to August 19th.

As of June 1, 2024,our unit will feature the following enhancements:

- Six New Hurricane Rated Sliding Glass Doors
- New entrance door and coded entrance lock.
- New "Pebble Tech" Outdoor Flooring
- New Railings on Entire Building
- Fresh coat of paint both inside the unit and on the exterior of the building, complemented by new waterproof stucco.

The outdoor pool will be closed beginning August 19, 2024. The indoor pool and beach access will still be available to guests.
