Your Home Away From Home:
Master Suite: The master bedroom provides a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower. Step directly onto the balcony through the sliding glass door and enjoy breathtaking gulf views. The balcony is also conveniently accessible from the main living area.

Guest Bedrooms: Two additional guest bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations with one king bed and two queen beds, ensuring ample space for everyone. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen television for your entertainment.

Living Area: The inviting living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and features a large Smart TV and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the expansive balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Dining: Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which comfortably seats six, or enjoy a casual bite at the breakfast bar with seating for two. Outdoor dining is also available on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. It features full-size appliances and is well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Both Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers are provided for your convenience.

Resort Amenities:
Our 7th-floor unit offers keyless entry for easy access, a full-size washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board to make your stay more comfortable.

The complex features a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the gulf, with convenient boardwalk access to the beach.

You’ll also find a spacious sun deck, a covered poolside gazebo, an inviting indoor pool and hot tub, a sauna, a well-equipped fitness room and a grilling area. There is also an Ice Vending Machine on property for your convenience.

For those looking for active recreation, tennis, handball, pickleball, and basketball courts are available across the street, adjacent to the administrative offices and overflow parking.

We are conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it easy to access everything you need.

Important Information for Your Stay:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the Condo and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Vehicles parked on the property must display a Guest Registration Certificate (GRC), available for purchase upon arrival for $50 per vehicle at the security booth. Summer House enforces a strict two-vehicle limit per unit. Overflow parking is available across the street next to the administration offices.

Pets are not allowed on property for guests and renters, per Summer House Association policy.

Booking and Payment Details:
A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided there are no damages or missing items.

Full payment of rental fees is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. For reservations made within 30 days of the check-in date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
