This villa, located in Briennon, is ideal for 14 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 26 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.

The villa features a washing machine, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, a dryer, central heating and a dressing room.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per night. Parties are allowed.
Swimming pool available mid april 2024. There is a possibility of having a reception space dedicated to events from spring 2024 that can accommodate 70 people seated with tables, chairs and crockery for various family or professional events the price will be to be seen with the owners.
