La maison est spacieuse. Le jardin est grand et bien entretenu.
Dommage que les consignes données par l'hôte pour le séjour n'étaient pas respectées (portail fermé a notre arrivée obligeant l'une d'entre nous a l'escalader pour récupérer le bip du portail dans la villa. Et pas de clés pour ouvrir le dome de la piscine). La piscine était verte.
Quand au ménage, il laisse a désirer. Sol collant, rasoir laissé au sol dans la douche, protèges matelas des lits sales et couettes tachées +++ Et je ne parle pas des saletés sous les lits et sous le tiroir du lit gigogne.
Sinon l'hôte est sympathique et arrangeante pour les modalités d'arrivée, je la remercie pour ça !

Merci pour votre commentaire très instructif.
Le portail été accidentellement fermé lors de notre départ de la maison. J'ai été prévenue tardivement et vous étiez déjà passée par-dessus le portail car j'aurai venir sur place vous ouvrir.
Il n'est pas possible de nettoyer plus le lit gigogne car les poussières tombent du matelas quand on s'assoit dessus.
Les protège matelas ont tous été changés et les couettes nettoyées. Le ménage n'est pas facturé et à la charge des locataires et je suis navrée que vos prédécesseurs ne les ai pas respectées.
