Enjoy away from the busy city on this serene and relaxing property. This property features a 270 degrees view of the Lake Manitoba. Enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing on this turquoise colored lake which is situated just at the back of the property. We welcome you to Paraiso.
This lot boasts a big yard which is on the corner of the street where kids can enjoy running around.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from the comfort of the attached sun room with your favorite coffee or enjoy the sunset with your favorite brew or wine. Very quiet neighborhood where all you can hear are birds chirping in the morning.
3 mins walk to the store, gas station and restaurant. Very convenient for days you don't feel cooking or would like to celebrate an event. Restaurant has a bar and live entertainment too. Very close to public docking station, public beach and park.
