Charming studio apartment facing the Pyrenees, 40 m², converted from a renovated barn with one guest room. Exposed beams have been preserved. Ground floor: Equipped kitchen (combination electric oven and microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 gas and 1 electric hobs). Living room (sofa, TV). Shower room/WC. Washing machine in adjoining storage room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) on a mezzanine. Bed made up for your arrival. Towels available for hire. Electric heating is extra. Free Wi-Fi access. Pleasant private terrace facing southeast. Large enclosed grounds of 5200 m² with an orchard to share. Garden furniture, barbecue. For a relaxing break after your walks, from June to September, the owners' adjoining swimming pool is open free of charge to guests of the gîte and bed and breakfast (every late afternoon, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm). Pétanque court. Bicycle storage. Car park on the property. Owners' house nearby. Safran-Turboméca company 2 km away. Small functional and well-appointed gîte, very pleasant environment and large enclosed wooded park.
