Au Gat - Leon - Gîte
You will find peace and quiet in this old farmhouse, completely restored, on a wooded plot of 3000 m², on an airial of ancient oaks, close to the lake and cycle paths, 10 minutes from the beaches. Tastefully furnished, this large house designed for 6 people MAXIMUM, offers peace and quiet. The swimming pool invites you to swim, the deckchairs to a little nap and for the more athletic, why not a bike ride! On the ground floor, 4 bedrooms (3 beds 140, 2 beds 90), dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, electric heating. TV, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, terrace, swimming pool 13X6.5m shared with another gite and owner open from May to September (depending on the weather). Linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available. Cleaning package possible.
