The lower level leads to a large family room, full of light, with large kitchen fully equipped, living room with a fireplace a dining room with a table for 8 guests opening onto the terrace and outdoor living area.
This very calming area offers stunning seaview and a wonderful inside-outside feeling.
There is also a utility room with 2 washing machines and tumble dryer.

There are another 2 bedrooms on this level:
- One with a 180cm bed that can turn into twin beds, seaview, ensuite full bathroom with shower enclosure and bathtub, large wardrobe and access to terrace.
- One with a 180cm four poster bed, seaview, fitted wardrobe, access to terrace. The bathroom is in the hallway with a shower enclosure.

The outdoor area offers several nooks and corners to spend quality time.
There is a summer kitchen with a gas plancha, cooking hob and sink; an alfresco dining table for 8 guests and a large summer lounge on decking offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.
There is a large awning on the terrace to offer some welcome shading in the summer and the decking area is also covered with a cooling pergola.
