Saint-Tropez, Ocean Front villa with direct access to the beach

The waterfront "Oceane" villa with direct access to the beach offers 5 bedrooms (4 with sea view + 1 independant with B/R) and 3 B/R. The villa has just been completely renovated. Its offers all the moderns amenities: swimming pool, Parking, A/C, Alarm, Safe boxes, Internet, TV with international channels, concierge services (Personalised check-in/out, linens changed once a week and housecleaning once a week). Maximum capacity of 10 guests. The villa is located in the private domain of the Escalet, less than 10 mn to Saint-Tropez and to the beaches of Pampelonne. The private club of the Domain offers numerous activities (Sailing, Tennis, Paddle, Scuba diving...) Direct access to the beach at the end of the garden.

The rent includes, all taxes, charges and services listed below as well as a package of Euros 150 per week to cover water, electricity and telephone expenses. Any additional consumption will be charged.

-Internet;
-Television with international channels and cable ;
-Bed sheets and Towels changed weekly ;
-House cleaning – 3h weekly ;
-Swimming pool and garden’s maintenance weekly ;
-Check-in, Check-out and reception and concierge services.

Final cleaning of Euros 300 will be deducted from the security deposit.

CONDITIONS
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 4pm and check-out before 10am

30% of the total rental payable upon reservation. Balance of 70% and Security deposit of Euros 4,000 to be settled at least 3 months before the beginning of the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded with 7 days after the last day of the rental period.

Payment by bank transfer only. No credit card payments accepted.
