This is a large family- friendly and pet-friendly home in a beautiful location right along the Crystal River. All seven bedrooms are large and comfortable. The hosts are available and friendly. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again!
We recently stayed at this exquisite property for a family reunion with 7 adults and 2 children, and it exceeded every expectation. The lodge is perfectly designed for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone. Each family had their own bedroom and private bathroom. Every bedroom offered mountain views. The spacious living area is warm and inviting, and the industrial-style kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for a crowd. Everything was thoughtfully designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The property itself is a slice of heaven. The expansive back deck overlooks a breathtaking panorama of the Crystal River, rolling green fields, and majestic mountains. The scenery was so breathtaking that I almost expected to see angels dancing across the lush green meadows beneath the aspens and towering pines. We loved watching horses graze peacefully in the pastures, and each evening deer would wander out to feed making the setting feel almost magical. The oversized hot tub was the perfect place to unwind while soaking in one of the most spectacular views we have ever experienced. The entire home and property were absolutely spotless, and it was clear that every detail is meticulously cared for. The owner was wonderful and very easy with whom to communicate. If I could give this property more than five stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the finest vacation homes our family has ever experienced, and we hope to return again someday.
Absolutely gorgeous property and outstanding views. Just spent a long weekend there to get married with our kids and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Lesley and Larry were very accommodating warm and friendly. The whole place far exceeded our expectations
Incredible! We served our family reunion breakfast on the grass overlooking the mountains and horses grazing in the beautiful pastures. The hummingbirds were swarming, and the grounds were the perfect location for family to gather, eat, visit and enjoy the beauty! The owners were attentive and wonderful to work with.
We had the best time at Larry’s place. We were a larger group with a mix of adults, toddlers and infants and we fit very comfortably under one roof. The industrial size kitchen is awesome for big group cooking. And you just can’t beat the views with the river below and 360 views of mountains. We had such a blast and hope to make it back
