Yes the building is under construction but the staff and host are very accommodating. The unit is clean and well supplied. I would stay here again for the beach and location.

Lovely unit. Comfortable. Just had a hard time regulating the shower. Either too hot or too cold. Bonus- washer and dryer !!! That was a plus !!!

Excellent location in Isla Verde. Close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to 3 rental cars places. Our host, Gia was amazing and very communicative.The condo was lovely! You are step a to an amazing beach, and Gia left chairs for us.The lobby was lovely and there is a game room and a card room. The little cafe is open 8-3 and is excellent!My only suggestion is that the lock on the patio and the extra latch on the front door be repaired. They were not operational. Since I had two kids with me, I would’ve appreciated that extra piece of mind. Other than that, my day was fantastic.

So you loved the place but left four stars? I'm not putting another latch there,no one has them, I had a guest get so drunk he left his friends locked out and we had to call the fire dept to break the door (and locks) If you had called me I would have told you how the balcony door locks.It locks with the handle.

Decent stay for a couple

Apartment was clean they had what was needed to cook. enough towels to use for beach and to shower. No ice machine for guests but the cafe downstairs sells some. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for 5 dollars a chair and 10 for an umbrella.

Beautiful beach getaway

We had a lovely stay in this newly renovated apartment with a beautiful view of the coast. So close to the airport we could watch the planes come and go from the balcony but the noise was minimal. Very close to 24 hour super market and restaurants right out front. A great location to stay for exploring; not far from main highways that takes you all around the island. There’s a pool and fitness center but we didn’t use them only because we went out every day. Thank for taking our booking. We will come back another time for sure

Perfect apt ugly building

The apartment was perfect the actual building needs A LOT of work. Like 4 elevators didn’t work, chipped paint, cracks, etc

Ariany, Most buildings are still not perfect after Maria,ours included as we still wait for insurance pmts.however, the review is supposed. on my apt.which as you say,it's perfect,I have no control of anything else. Remember this when leaving a review as you are actually hurting the inocent host. The elevators lways weork,we had a broken sprinkler on the 5th floor while furniture was being moved,the water went into the shafts and Otis told us to stop the elevators to avoid damages. Gia

Few issues need to be fixed! No dry rack outside ! Could not watch sport channels ! Our least favor apartment we stayed so far ! Disappointed for the money we paid ‘

This gorgeous apt.has great reviews, I cannot believe you left a bad review because I don't have the sports channels YOU wanted, ,there are sports chanels on Roku,which I have,you wanted tv channels like we have in the US, you where not home. A drying rack? Why didn't you tell me you needed one? I would have sent one,I had one under the sink! Sorry you stayed.

Just Beachy

The property was exactly as presented. Gia was great, the place was amazing, 14th floor view, the area of Isla Verde is the place you want to be at, only a gate seperates you from one of the most beautiful beaches. We went for the beach to just relax and we did. Thanks to it's location, your walking distance to anything you need, restaurants, bars, music. Gia's unit has a mini kitchen which was great as we bought groceries a couple of blocks so we did not have to eat out every meal or pay for every beverage we consumed. Based on the pictures you can see the space has a great layout, much better than a hotel room. Her unit is the best, but the building is under going some renovations. I would highly reccommend this property & this was our 1st time to use VRBO.
