## Accommodation

Villa Ker Manou is a bright, modern home with a trendy, well-cared-for décor.
Its warm living room, furnished and decorated in wood and natural colors, is a space for relaxing and sharing, equipped with a table and seating for meals and a comfortable lounge with TV. The room opens onto the garden and a terrace, ideal for making the most of the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.

The fully-equipped kitchen is functional and opens onto the living area. It features a practical pantry that doubles as a laundry room.

The bedrooms are functional and comfortable, in a contemporary style. The first large bedroom is on the first floor, with a 140x190 bed, private shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x190), the other with 3 single beds (90x190) bunk beds and a pull-out bed. A shower room and toilet are available for both bedrooms.

A large terrace on the first floor offers a 180-degree view of the ocean. It features a comfortable outdoor living room for pleasant convivial moments.


## Surroundings

The house is located on the edge of Jard sur Mer's pine forest, offering lovely walks, in front of La Légère beach, and just a few minutes' walk from the marina, with its many restaurants.
From the house, there's plenty to do. There are numerous cycle paths, surfing and kite-surfing spots, and many activities for a dynamic stay: O'Gliss Park, Atlantic Wake Park, the Château des Aventuriers, boat trips on the Marais Poitevin, discovering the Baie de l'Aiguillon, and many more. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.
