Come and stay in this beautiful family home, in the heart of the charming seaside resort of Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, with its golf course, tennis courts, casino, and magnificent sandy beach. Located in a very quiet area, this house is less than a 10-minute walk from Sables-d'Or beach.
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall leading to all the rooms of the house;
- A large, bright living room with a lounge and dining area;
- A fully equipped, separate kitchen with: induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two sinks, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Senseo coffee machine.
- A utility room with a tumble dryer and washing machine;
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and en-suite shower room;
- A bathroom with a shower and bathtub, adjoining the master bedroom;
- One bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm);
- A separate toilet with a washbasin;
Upstairs;
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 90x190cm), a third single bed (90x190cm), and a cot;
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with a shower and vanity unit;
- A separate toilet.
