This gated property unit features 11′ ceilings, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances including ice maker at the wet bar. TV's in every bedroom and den. Large pantry and closet space. The Moorings offers luxury-level amenities. Among these are a zero entry pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms. Pier access for fishing. Area at end of pier for loading and unloading of boats (15 minute limit) Boat docking is for owners only. Restaurants walking distance or short drive.

Week at the beach for two highschool graduates

Property was more than what pictures can say condo is very open and roomy great location and water views wrap around balcony with gas grill was a plus would highly recommend Thanks Cindy for making this happen for my family Michael June 2023
