A gorgeous green area surrounds the investment and from its rooftop terrace you can sunbathe, overlooking the mouth of the Trave in the Baltic Sea and dream of distant lands.

The center of our 1-bedroom apartments in the third Floor (elevator) forms of living and sleeping room with dining table, TV and a seating corner (cable TV), two fold-away beds and direct access to the balcony overlooking the Trave estuary (is obscured by trees in summer). But you can go to the roof terrace at the top and then have a very nice view over the bay.

The apartment is 33 m ^ 2 in size and features 2 separate beds and a large sofa bed.

The adequately sized kitchen offers stove, sink and refrigerator also a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and crockery and cooking utensils for two persons.

In the house there is a swimming pool and a sauna with relaxation room and a laundry room with washing and drying machine.
