In Saint-Père-Marc-en-Poulet, a 25-minute drive from Saint-Malo Intra-muros, we offer you this charming 160 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron.

Exterior:
- A private heated 8x4m swimming pool, secured by a cover and open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual, subject to weather conditions and subject to change).
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and with a private pétanque court

The house is ideally located in Saint-Père-Marc-en-Poulet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Transportation :
- By car: you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station 8.5 km away (approx. 15 min. by car).
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 68 km (approx. 50 min. drive)

Other remarks :
- The fireplace is not functional.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
