This vacation home located in a quiet hamlet in Cancale between the sea and the town center, 5 minutes by bike from the beach of Port Mer and the shops, can accommodate 8 travelers, with its large living room, its large fully equipped kitchen, its 3 double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and its small bedroom under the roof, its 2 bathrooms and its beautiful unheated indoor pool closed from October to April.

Fiber optic wifi, sheets and towels are available free of charge and there is a private parking lot inside the property.

It is composed on the ground floor, of a large equipped kitchen, a dining room with double living room, a shower room with shower and separate toilet.

On the first floor, 4 bedrooms, the first one with a bed in 160, the second one with a bed in 160 that can be separated in 2 single beds, the third one with a double bed in 160 and the fourth one with 2 trundle beds, 1 shower room and many cupboards and storage space.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace for lunch or dinner outside, a garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, a private swimming pool in a space that can open on the garden with its bay windows. Numerous deckchairs to bask in the sun.

TO KNOW :

- Free Wifi (optical fiber).
- The private pool is closed from October 1st to April 30th.
- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not allowed due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant as for the nuisances count on you to adopt the rules of good neighborhood so that this stay is a good memory for everyone.

The Pointe du Grouin is about 20 minutes walk away.
