The HAUTS de la LAUZIERE residential area is ideally located 330m from the FONTETTES chairlift/gondola.

This detached mountain chalet is situated in a quiet, gated community. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a shower room with WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a four-burner ceramic hob.

The living area includes a lounge with a single pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm), a fireplace with a closed insert, and a lovely terrace of approximately 20m². Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a balcony, one bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 190 cm) and a balcony, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Swimming pool access is available.

A shuttle bus stop is 350 meters away for access to the "Superdévoluy" ski resort.

The advantages of this detached holiday chalet: Proximity to the slopes and shops, and an outdoor terrace.
Cleaning is available upon request.

Déceptions

On s’est fait avoir ! Un chalet qui a vécu ! Location très chère par rapport au logement et aux prestations. Tous les services sont payants : wifi, location du linge, lave-linge,… Aucun cachet, meubles plein de coups, table de cuisson fendue. Pas de parasol, petite table de jardin en plastique branlante. Chalet poussiéreux avec plein de toiles d’araignée au plafond, pas de paillasson, absence des accessoires par rapport à l’inventaire (paillasson, planche à découper, verre doseur, ….) Séchoir mais pas de pince à linge. On ne se sent pas du tout accueilli et le prix est vraiment trop cher et pas du tout adapté à la prestation. Seul point positif l’emplacement et la vue. Nous ne recommandons pas.
