Located on the 14th floor and directly in front of the beach every part of this condo has spectacular ocean views as well as being able to see the famed walled city which is located minutes away. Comfortably sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master two full sized beds in the second bedroom and two large couches. This condo has everything you could want from high end finishes throughout the kitchen and bathrooms to motorized blackout curtains to ensure rest is available on your schedule. When you do choose to explore you will be doing so from the best location in the city with the walled old town minutes away and the port where you can ferry off to the Rosario Islands even closer. Horrible comunicarno with the host. No reply to questions. Thr unit is in a great location but the pictures do not show the poor condition of the apartment, broken stove, broken microwave, broken extractor, broken apartment door handle, dirty walls etc. This definitely did not meet my expectations.

Amazing property

From the moment we walked into the property and saw the stunning ocean view, we knew our stay would be enjoyable. Unit was clean and spacious - exactly as the photos represented. Mall and supermarket are attached to the building, and it’s a six minute uber ride to the walled city. Would definitely book again.

10/10 condo and building to stay at everything you need for a short or long stay. Building has security at all times. Building is convenient connected to a shopping center it has regular shops, food court, movie theater and even a regular grocery store. Building also is located right infront of the beach. This is a beautiful location and condominium

BocaGrande is the most beautiful area of Cartagena. The condo is a walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next trip.

Nice well kept apartment with beautiful view. Pool good building is secure. lots of places to eat close by. Old city 20 minute walk or cheap taxi ride 7 US.....Natalia very easy to deal with always got back to us in 24 hours or less. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Decorations made it feel like a beach house. My kids loved how comfortable the beds were. The mall right next to us with food court was even better and the food was delicious. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the beautiful view of the beach. The steam room/sauna was a huge plus after our quick workout. Would def go back.

Hands down the best view

This place was amazing, very modern and clean. The property is well kept. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. A dishwasher would have been nice not a big deal though. You can’t beat the million dollar view especially the sunset. Morning breakfast on the expansive balcony took all your stress away with the calm ocean view. Very secured building. My only complain is the communication with the host, does not respond in a timely manner which was frustrating.

Cartagena apartamento

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Very nicely set up with many amenities. The building staff were always very friendly and helpful. Always felt secure. Pools were great. Location was very convenient. There is a supermarket and mall connected through garage of building. This was great for last minute snacks, food shopping, etc.Host could have been more responsive. Had a few first day questions that were never answered. Maybe a simple instruction sheet can be left for future guests.

Condo review

The condo is beautifully located and the pool and surrounding facilities are very nice. Parts of the condo could use some attention with various lights not working etc. Sadly, most all of the outdoor furniture cushions are dirty and ripped so it takes away from that 5 star feeling. It’s still a beautiful property but does need a bit of care.

Worth every dollar

Natalie was a great host, I only wish we had a little more communication prior to our arrival. The place is absolutely the best Vacation home I’ve stayed in. You can’t beat the location to beaches, stores and Old town. Nothing like waking up to the ocean. Only suggestion is put a keypad lock on the door. Guest can get a personal code and not worry about losing a key.

**Apartment Review: A Perfect Getaway!** Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of fantastic! We were a group of four, and the spacious layout was perfect for us. The highlight was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the beach, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning—what a way to start the day! Safety was clearly a priority, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, conveniently close to a mall and a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on essentials. We loved the pool and hot tub—they were clean, well-maintained, and the beautiful blue water was incredibly inviting. The front desk staff were responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

its a pain in the neck to deal with the owner

Owner communication is the worst, she responded to my questions two or three days later. I also had a malfunction of the AC in the apartment since day one, I reported it and they called maintenance department from the building and he couldnt fix it on the spot, so he said I will come back and never did, i called again, and this time a woman that is apparently the person who manage the place for the owner came back and fix it herself. almost two days without AC in a 97 degrees Cartagena. Not a good experience to tell you. I am not a complainer, I am usually a "shut up and suck it up" kind of person but this type of situation where the owner decide to write whenever she wants got me bad. if you book this place be prepare for that too, I just read some other reviews and they complained about the same thing. good luck.

Now our "Go To" place to stay in Cartagena

We have had difficulty finding great places to stay in Cartagena until we found this one. It's the best equipped most comfortable unit that will always be our first choice for stays in Cartagena. It looks like a decorator was hired to choose the furniture and accessories. All 3 queen size beds are extremely comfortable which we found is often not the case in Colombia. The sheets were soft and high quality as were the color coordinated thick plush towels, bathmats and pillows. They even supplied beach towels. This unit has full ocean views. Balcony has high quality, comfortable furniture with cushions and pillows that are indoor-outdoor. If they get wet, they dry fast and don’t smell bad. Other notable amenities: strong fast wifi, mega strong, adjustable air conditioning, walk in closet, washer and dryer, TV’s in each bedroom and main living area. To sum it up, mechanically this unit is up to American standards and the furniture and accessories are better than many beach rentals even in the U.S. Be aware that all units in this building are not great like this one. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit in the same building that had 2 hard beds, 2 thin towels, no bath mats or kitchen towels with very weak wifi amongst other disappointing issues.Read the owner descriptions and reviews carefully. We wrote a thorough review of this property because there were not yet many reviews of it on this site and this unit is by far the best!!!

Wonderful stay with amazing views of Bocagrande

This unit was exactly as described and presented on the VRBO site by owner Natalia. The place was extremely clean and modern in a very secure building with convenient access to a grocery store, mall and food court in the lower level of building. Check in was simple and quick. There are taxi's parked regularly outside but we used Uber 100% of time. Walking around felt very safe. Beach is across the street (easy to get to). The pool is pristine with plenty of seating. There is a lifeguard present at all times ensuring everyone is staying safe. There are several hot tubs (which we did not use) and a large gym (although a bit dated/lacking but usable nonetheless). The entire building was well maintained and beautiful. The unit we rented was a 2-bedroom 2 bath. The main had a king bed and 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds. The main bath was large with separate toilet room and shower and plenty of vanity area. The 2nd bathroom was a bit smaller but very usable for 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well appointed and modern. A/C units worked great! Each of the bedrooms and living room have automatic window shades controlled by remote controls. The balcony had some beautiful furniture with plenty of seating options. The sunsets from the unit were amazing. Natalia and her assistant Andrea were great communicators. Andrea especially was very quick to respond to few inquiries in a very time in a very timely fashion. The welcome basket was a nice treat too! Highly recommend renting from them!

Great location and stunning views!

The apartment is well equipped and super secure with security in the lobby and pool areas. The ocean view goes on for miles. From the balcony, we watched the kids swim in the pool. We are shoppers and loved having the mall directly downstairs and ate many nights at the mall food court (the steaks at the mall were delicious). The apartment is a 5 minute taxi ride to the city center where all the action is, so this location cannot be beat! We are ready to go back!
