"Delsud is located in Coly Saint Amand, 3 km from St Amand de Coly, a listed village with its 12th-century abbey, one of the "most beautiful villages in France", around 20 minutes from Sarlat and the Dordogne valley, and 15 minutes from the famous Lascaux caves.
Nestling on the hillside in 8 hectares of fenced land, Delsud is a blend of the old and the new. It has been completely renovated in keeping with the architecture of the Périgord region, while adding modern comforts and personalised decoration.
It's a calm and relaxing place. Ideal for a stay with family and friends.
The swimming pool is private (10x5) and surrounded by a magnificent terrace, which was redone and enlarged in 2023, with deckchairs and garden furniture.
Boxwood maze, places to build tree houses.
We have 3 donkeys, a pony, two dogs, not forgetting our mascot César, our peacock... to keep the little ones happy.
Magnificent views over the valley and the sunset.
The house is spacious, light and comfortable.
On the ground floor, a large 2-storey living room with dining area and sitting area, open-plan kitchen, utility room.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, one of which is a through bedroom: 2 with 160 and 140 beds, and 2 with 2x2 90 beds.

Shower room in master bedroom with shower and basin.
A cot and high chair are available.
The swimming pool is opened at the beginning of April and is heated from the beginning of June to the beginning of November (when it is put into winter storage). It is equipped with a safety shutter.
The Périgord offers a wealth of cultural and sporting activities.
During the summer season, if you're a history buff, you'll love the typical villages, Sarlat, of course, and visits to the many châteaux and natural and painted caves such as Lascaux, to name but a few.
Sports enthusiasts will love canoeing down the Dordogne or Vézère rivers.
In winter, you may be lucky enough to see some wild animals such as roe deer, hinds or wild boars.
As soon as the weather cools down, a central stove (wood provided) heats the main room. The upstairs bedrooms have electric convector heaters.
