location non conforme à l’annonce

étage sans ascenseur 25 marches difficiles, parties communes crasseuses, parking gratuit mais très difficile de se garer même dans les environs et très peu disponibles, casseroles( 1 poêle, 1 faitout, 1 sauteuse), quartier pas top, la vue panoramique ne correspond pas à la réalité ( mur en vis à vis et vue sur l’intérieur de l’appartement par les voisins) voisins très bruyants la nuit , aménagements intérieurs en chantier
