Gulf Coast vacation with beach views? Yes, please! Sea Bluff 3 is a beachfront vacation condo that sits atop a glittering white sand dune in Blue Mountain Beach on Scenic Highway 30A. The stylish condo has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, gracious living accommodations, coastal-inspired décor throughout, and a ground-floor patio and second-level balcony with incredible Gulf views. It can host up to eight beach vacationers.

The first floor features an open floorplan that connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas to create a comfortable great room. A large window and glass door allow ample sunshine to filter into the great room, making it warm and inviting. The door opens onto a furnished patio that overlooks the shimmering Gulf waters and sparkling beach sands. Inside, the tropical living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, two blue armchairs, and two wingback chairs that encircle a glass-topped drink table. Mounted above a dormant fireplace, a flatscreen is provided for entertainment. A formal dining area with a navy-blue accent wall sits beside the living room, and features a hardwood table surrounded by six cushioned chairs. On the other side of the dining room, the open kitchen is the perfect spot to serve up tasty meals, try out new recipes, and mix refreshing drinks. The kitchen has an island bar with stool seating, chic glass-front cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The beautiful master suite is painted in a colorful purple with white accents, and features a stunning mermaid art piece on the wall above the king-size bed. The room also has a desk and straw-woven chair, which is great if you’re wanting to get some remote work done. A plush armchair and ottoman provide a comfortable seating area. Sliding glass doors open onto the beachfront balcony and offer amazing views from morning to night. The master bedroom’s private bath has a walk-in shower. The charming guest bedroom features two full-size beds, nautical décor, and an en-suite bath.

Guests of Sea Bluff have convenient access to the beach, as well as a community pool. Nearby restaurants, shops, and art galleries offer other coastal amusements to add to your vacation to-do list. Blue Mountain Beach Creamery is great for an ice-cold ice cream treat, while you might want to try out Blue Mabel Smokehouse and Provisions for a hearty dinner. Additional restaurants, boutiques, bars, wine bars, events, festivals, live music, and beach recreation rentals are located in the surrounding 30A coastal towns, as well.
