The apartment was great. The location was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The issue we had were with a lack of communication from the host.When we arrived, the heat was not on. There were no instructions or notes on how to turn it on. I had to reach out to the host to find these answers. Then no instructions were given on how to set it, or the fact that we should turn it off we leave the apartment. We ended up running out of gas before our stay was over and had to go out and refill it in the middle of the night. The WiFi was not fully setup when we arrived. I had to dig through some drawers to find the router and plug it in to use it. And no login or password information were provided. When asking the host, they were unsure of what that information was and had to reach out the the tech support to get it. Some simple instructions provided to us prior to or at check in would have made this stay a 5.

Clean and tidy apartment with comfy beds. Lovely stay and handy to have sainsburys opposite.
