The villa is located in a development by the sea, on the famous "Lido de la Marana". The seaside is easily accessible on foot, only 400 metres away, children can go there on foot or by bike without any road to cross.
The house is equipped with a small private swimming pool with a depth of 1.50 metres. The garden is fully fenced and closed with a gate. Parking is free and is in front of the house.
