Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has:
- 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds ;
- 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub ;
- a lovely balcony ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen ;
- and a comfortable living room to relax in after a day out.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including a wide range of kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, fondue and raclette machines. There's also plenty of storage space. You'll also have access to a selection of books, DVDs and games. In addition, you'll have at your disposal: wifi, television, ski room, coffee machines: Nespresso and filter, microwave, oven, fridge, crib, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

One of the strengths of this accommodation is its location. It's an 8-minute drive from the town center, a 5-minute walk from the "SuperDévoluy" ski resort and close to restaurants and shops.

## Emplacement
Le Dévoluy is one of the most suitable massifs for ski touring, with unique landscapes. The ski area also boasts thirty-five kilometers of cross-country ski trails with a wide variety of viewpoints. Wellness and relaxation centers are also available to visitors. In summer, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the high forest trails, the leisure center, downhill mountain biking and horseback riding. In winter, it's all about skiing, with a snowpark ideal for freestyle.
